Ben and Jerry's Going 100% Fairtrade

Ben and Jerrys announced that they they are going 100% Fairtrade in the UK and across Europe by the end of 2011 and globally by the end of 2013. Read more on the Fairtrade Website.

Green & Blacks make a BIG Fairtrade Commitment

Green & Black's  announced that they are switching their entire range of chocolate bar and beverages products to 100% organic Fairtrade in 30 countries by the end of 2011.

The move will open up many new opportunities for Fairtrade farmers in developing countries.

Green & Black's Maya Gold bar was the first product to carry the Fairtrade Mark in 1994 and this is the newest chapter in a long-term relationship demonstrating the company's ongoing commitment.

Neath has received renewal of Fairtrade status after a successful application. We are really pleased that so many businesses and catering outlets are still using Fairtrade products. We are looking forward to another successful year in Neath with many of the mainstream brands adopting a Fairtrade option - including tate and lyle sugar, Kit Kats and Cadburys - who are now doing Fairtrade Bournville - and Bournville Hot Chocolate, Fairtrade Hot chocolate and Fairtrade Dairy Milk bars.
