Older Persons' Council
Neath Port Talbot is the first local authority in Wales to set
up an Older Persons’ Council (OPC). The aim of the OPC is to
strengthen links between the Council and older people within the
County Borough so that they have an opportunity to get involved in
a wide range of discussions to make sure the voice of older people
is heard.
