PASS - Girls RugbyThe Welsh Rugby Union in partnership with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council are aiming to provide opportunities for individuals, groups and team to participate in rugby union.

Through its mission statement the WRU is dedicated “to increase participation and to improve standards”.

Clubs and schools throughout the County Borough are encouraged to utilise rugby as a vehicle to make individuals active and enjoy a healthier lifestyles.

The development officer specialises in the following areas;

Club Development

  • Recruitment evenings
  • Courses – i.e. first aid
  • Funding
  • Development pathway
  • Practical sessions

  • Offering assistance on the completion of Grant Aid
  • Providing funding evenings
