Sign up to Health Challenge Neath Port
Talbot (HCNPT) and not only will you be helping to make a
difference to the health and wellbeing of those who live and work
in the county borough, you will also have access to a package of
benefits:-
- Information Portal – organisations who sign up
to Health Challenge Neath Port Talbot will have free access visit
to the web based portal of information covering areas such as
Health & Safety, Healthier Lifestyles and Advice and Support on
resources that your organisation can access.
To sign up, complete the 'sign-up’ form
and you will be sent an email confirming your user name and
password. Once you receive this you will be ready to access the
site.
- Access to Corporate Gym Membership – for you
and your staff. Celtic Leisure manages 9 leisure facilities around
the county borough. They currently operate a successful corporate
membership scheme which offers reduce rates to staff of
organisations who register 10 or more corporate
members.
As a member of Health Challenge NPT staff from your organisation
will be able to access this package whatever your size – even if
you are a self employed business of 1! More information on corporate membership.
- Free Health Checks for Staff – the first 10
organisations to sign up to Health Challenge NPT will receive free
health checks for their staff (to a maximum of 30 people),
including Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Body Mass Index (BMI) and
Blood Sugar.
- Access to Stresspac – Stresspac is a self-help
class which has been shown to be effective in treating anxiety and
stress. It will teach you about the effects of stress and help you
develop skills to manage it effectively.
- Training and advice – organisations who sign
up to HCNPT will receive invitations to all free business training
courses, advice sessions and events organised by Health Challenge
NPT.
