Talbot’.
So, what are we doing?
The campaign, called ‘Pride in Neath Port Talbot’, has
consistsed of a number of different elements.
It started with a front page article in ‘Community Spirit’.
Adverts have been featured on the sides of buses through Neath
Port Talbot as well as on Real Radio encouraging people to get
active in their communities.
Car stickers are also available from the civic buildings in
Neath and Port Talbot as well as libraries and community centres.
If you are having difficulty finding one please call the
Communications and Marketing team on 01639

Make sure you do your bit to make a difference and be proud to
be part of the ‘Pride in Neath Port Talbot’ campaign.
What can you do?
You can take part in the campaign and put a sticker in your car
window; you could go a step further and actually do something that
will make a difference to your local community.
It could be something small like reporting fly tipping that has
been thoughtlessly dumped on public land or something bigger like
volunteering at a local charity shop.
Let us know what you are doing to make a difference.
There are people who have been making a difference for many
years and have dedicated their lives to helping others. There are
some people who don’t realise that they are making a difference but
are doing small things everyday.
Ideas for how you can make a difference:
- Keep your street litter free by telling us when there is litter
there
- Join a neighbourhood watch in your area
- Keep your front garden neat by taking part in Borough in
Bloom
- Look after your neighbours
- Reporting vandalism, graffiti and illegal flytipping on public
land
- Become a volunteer
Tell us what you are doing.
