Weddings at the Princess Royal
The Management and Staff at The Princess Royal Theatre would
like to congratulate you on your forthcoming Wedding and extend our
very best wishes to you for the future. We will be pleased to offer
our guidance and expertise to assist in the organisation of your
special day. Listed below is some information that you may find
useful when planning your Wedding Day and of course we are always
happy to discuss your individual Wedding requirements.
The Reception
The Wedding Breakfast
Please consult our menu selector. A personalised menu will be
created for you if you prefer. Vegetarian dishes are available and
we can also cater for any other special dietary needs. ”A drink on
Arrival, a glass of wine, toasting the happy couple….” We can offer
drinks to suit all tastes. The Function Suite can cater for up to
300 people.
Serviettes
Whenever possible we supply these in a colour to match your
theme.
Cake stand
A cake stand and knife are available to you with our
compliments.
Flowers
Table posies of fresh flowers can be provided from £11.00. The
Wedding Arch can be provided free of charge.
The Evening Party Buffet
The menus for your evening buffet are not fixed and may be
tailored to suit your requirements.
Entertainment
We would be pleased to recommend the services of a Disc Jockey
or a Band for the evening party
Function Suite Hire Fee
Half Days Hire £200.00 / Full Days Hire £300.00
Payment
Once your booking is confirmed we will require a £100 deposit to
secure your booking. This is non-refundable. We then require 90%
payment seven days before the wedding. The Catering Manager will
advise you on this. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current
rate, subject to change, and are valid from February 2004. We ask
you to visit or call the Catering Manager six to eight weeks prior
to your Wedding Day to discuss further details.
